[Hello, everyone! Meet Kanin de la Pine. In a slightly-futuristic setting of 2107 AD, where there's holograms, bright lights, and a shining city, the Capitol, monsters attack. Monsters, formed of the sheer narrative weight in humanity's history, attacking as is the way of stories. But there's no story of monsters without heroes, and so the Archetypes have stood up to fight back- Magical girls, based on the archetypes of heroes from the same stories.
In day-to-day life, they hide as normal girls. But when a monster appears, they will appear.]
A: Kanin de la Pine
[Kanin is a well-known girl in her circles, being cheerful and playful and always a flirt, a student at... high school? University? It seems no one's quite sure. But she can often be found at arcades and games, kicking ass and taking names. (No, seriously, she's taking the names of her opponents, and if they're cute, scrawling a number down to give them.) She seems to be basking in the attention, especially given how she's dressed, as she's tearing up a dancing game, or absolutely destroying at a fighting game. It's like her reflexes are superhuman, or she just knows the game incredibly well, as she's simply annihilating all comers.
Are you from this world? Are you here to challenge her? Or are you just lost? Either way, she seems to have decided on you as her next opponent, and she's waving you over.]
B: Type: Green
[Or maybe you're not so lucky. Whether you're from here, or through DWRP Magics have found yourself in a strange other world... Either way, you're in trouble, as you're in a dark alley, and, well. There sure is a minotaur charging at you. Angry, violent, charging like a bull, horns-first.
Fortunately, you won't die! If you look like you're in trouble, a few bright green streaks fly out, embedding themselves into the minotaur's chest, before revealing themselves to be arrows. And the girl who drops down next to you... Well. She's certainly not de la Pine, no matter how similar they look. Obviously. She's wearing a green costume, rather flashy, has rabbit ears for some reason now? and holds an incredibly ornate bow in one hand.
The weirdest part is, there's these glowing blue lines that run across her skin. Arms, legs, and stomach, glowing lines like veins, running unbroken from skin to clothing, from skin to bow, as if they're connected. As if the costume is part of the body. It's somewhere between cute and unsettling, honestly. Either way, though, she's going to land next to you, and... Lean her arm up on your shoulder, completely ignoring the rampaging bull monster.]
Hey there. Come here often?
C: Type: Pink
[Or maybe you'll come at a later point in her character development. When she's a lot more emotionally fulfilled, as represented with her outfit changing colors. She still has the rabbit ears, though.
This time, the one attacking is a... vampire? Hm. Looks bad. Type: Pink drops down, launching a volley of arrows rapid-fire. If you're watching closely, as she fires, a spark of light travels down those glowing lines in her arms. When it reaches her empty hand, an arrow appears. When it reaches the bow, it travels through the line into the bow, creating the string out of magic to launch the arrows at much greater speed than should be possible.]
Type: Pink has appeared! Don't worry, we're all here to help. Just be careful, okay? ♥ I just have to keep you safe until Dawn-Dawn-Dawn gets here.
[she absolutely just voiced 'dawn-dawn-dawn' like 'dun-dun-dun'.]

B
She whips around to face her, gaze as sharp as her concealed blade.]
I didn't need your help.

[She's absolutely unafraid, getting right in Red's bubble.]
Wasn't it cool? Did your heart pound?
no subject
It wasn’t - and it didn’t!
[Might be right now though, though that colour in her cheeks might just be because she’s mad.]
no subject
[She leans closer.]
If you admit it, I'll tell you a seeeecret.
no subject
I have nothing to admit to.
[Huff.]
Besides, would it really be a secret, or just something you made up?
no subject
[She pokes at Red's cheek.]
Come on, Redred! Would I lie to you? [Yes.] It's a secret, really, but it's a limited-time offer!
no subject
And why do you think I’d be interested?
no subject
[Her voice is singsong, like she's not afraid at all.]
A
-and I've been practicing it, but I just keep getting beat every time! Isn't it terrible, Lisa-nee? ...Lisa-nee?
[Hearing her name called shocks her out of the trance after a second, and she looks back to wave at her friend (who's gotten some distance from her) to wait for her, before Lisa pushes her way forward. In the interim, the song's finished, and as Lisa looks back up, their eyes meet. Narrowing hers, she nods to herself, before she takes another step in with an oddly determined look.]
Can I try?
no subject
[She's grinning, stepping aside to let her up on the second player's pad.]
What's your name? Or should I just call you 'pretty girl'?
no subject
[Lisa can't handle that much flirting without preparing herself first. That didn't happen, and her face goes tomato red as she stumbles through words. Eventually she manages to string two syllables together.]
-Lisa! I'm Lisa. Not that I'd mind it the other way, but, well.
[She shakes off the embarrassment and steps up to join her. She has no doubt Ako is already sending pictures to everyone they know, the girl having been close enough to hear, but right now she doesn't care. The compliments help a lot, admittedly.]
no subject
[She winks, blowing a kiss.]
Do you want to pick the song? Don't think I'll go easy on you just for being my type, okay?
no subject
I'll let you pick, I don't know what I want to play. But it wouldn't be any fun if you didn't put everything into it! I won't mind losing to someone that's got me beat in looks and moves.
[The pumping bass from the cabinet helps her focus a little, and even as her heart wants to turn to goo, she's got work to do first.]
no subject
[She grins, and starts flipping through the song list, coming up to something peppy and pop-ish.]
Get ready, then.
no subject
Yeah, this is good! I'm ready - let's go!
[One more deep breath, before she settles with fire in her eyes. This'll be hard, but she needs to win this, for more reasons than one! There's no way she can lose after she's said all that, right?]
no subject
Hey, not bad! You're one of the most challenging opponents I've had in a while!
no subject
She's got moves, and she feels like she's doing a good job, but boy, Lisa's outclassed. Still, she's having fun, and she's putting on a show. That's enough, isn't it?]
You're no slouch either!
[She's too busy to notice the coincidence in the score, but even if she weren't, she's kind of distracted anyway.]
no subject
[She laughs a bit.]
You should pick the next one, to keep it fair.
no subject
[Catching her breath, she taps at the controls, leafing through the setlist for something she recognizes. Eventually she finds
Despacitoa pop remix, nice and bass-heavy but with a strong beat. She knows this song like the back of her hand, this has to be closer, right? After a second, she stands up, looking back at the girl whose name she hasn't even asked for... it's not the time now, though. Now is the time for dancing.]This all right?
no subject
[She grins, leaning forward a bit to give Lisa a challenging look.]
But, do you want to make this more interesting?
no subject
[no, stop, Lisa, don't you see the trap card sitting there-]
no subject
[IT WAS THE MOST OBVIOUS TRAP]
no subject
You're on! But you must be pretty confident! [A quick wink.] No hard feelings if I win, right?
B
All of which is clearly secondary to the pretty friend in the personal space.] G-Green?!
no subject
[She's going to grin cheekily.]
I make a pretty good knight in shining armor, huh?
no subject
["That doesn't mean doing the flirty thing," is her objection to that statement, but she kind of doesn't want to discourage her from doing the flirty thing. Especially since she's going to edge closer a little.]
Anyway, thank you.
[girls what are you doing there is still a monster]
