[At the party's camp, it's the middle of the night. Everyone should be asleep by now...

Should. Except for Alice. Who, as of late, has been disappearing from the camp in the nights. She thinks the party hasn't been noticing her, but who knows how observant they are? If any of the party cares to investigate, she can be found sitting in a tree not too far from the camp, curled up on herself, watching the moon.

Considering it hasn't been too long since she gave Ulrich the pieces, most people would probably be worried about Alice betraying them again. Fortunately, the party is loving idiots and probably wouldn't even consider it. Still, if they're worried, it shouldn't be hard to tail her and find her.]

B:

[So, Alice's history has been complicated. Considering she was born someone else, lived a religious life and never got her own clothes, and in fact scarcely owned any more than the clothes on her back and all her murder tools, she... has no idea how to go clothes shopping. But her weird ninja armor hardly makes her inconspicuous for walking around towns, and so the party has decided, This Shall Not Stand. Alice needs cute clothes. She has protested but also immediately shut up, and possibly combusted and died, as soon as anyone told her she should wear cute clothes.

This is how she got dragged along into the city.

She has tried to vanish twice already from nerves. This is scarier than killing people. Party, help her.]

[ And Alice trying to vanish twice is EXACTLY why Sophie is very firmly holding her hand right now. Could Sophie really, actually, stop Alice if she really wanted to vanish? Probably not! But she thinks it sends a decently strong message. ]

Okay! First of all, we need to work out exactly what kind of colours you like to wear!

let's be honest, Aran confiscated all her smoke bombs before the trip began, so she's. A little bit nervous. Just a wee tiny bit.

She wants to run for her life every time someone looks at her.]

I, ah... Normally, I just wear dark blues and dark purples... Colors that blend into shadows well.

Okay! So we'll start off just looking for things that in dark shades. Purple might be a little hard to find but if it comes down to it, I can always use alchemy for that!

[ Sophie's #1 most common reason for using alchemy these days is Helping Her Friends and that isn't looking like it's going to change anytime soon. ]

What about the actual clothes? Do you have anything you'd really like to try wearing?

I cannot think of anything...

[... Yes she can, but she is a liar.]

It is best to keep to cheap fabrics, though.

[ Sophie whips around – still keeping a decent hold on Alice's hand, somehow, as she does it – and waggles a finger at her. ]

Absolutely not! Cheap fabrics won't last as long! You'll ends up spending even more to replace them in the long run. You have to invest in clothes that'll last you!

[The good news is that nobody is tailing Alice.]

[The bad news is that she may find that tree already occupied tonight.]

[Celadon might be hard to notice until she gets up close, her small form curled up in the branches, still and quiet, pale hair blending in with the green leaves in the moonlight.]

that's not dangerous for her, she's a magic demon ninja. but celadon? one shift and she could fall. Alice approaches, trying to be quiet and gentle.]

[Celadon seems entirely peaceful, unconcerned with any possible danger from sudden winds or aggressive wildlife. She murmurs softly in her sleep:]

Enough room... comfy...

[It's hard to tell whether that's an invitation for Alice to climb up, or just something happening in a dream. Maybe both. Seer dreams can likely get... interesting, at the very least.]
