[Ibakha the Wanderer is, well. A wanderer. No points for guessing that. But it also means, between aetherytes and her own propensity to just aimlessly travel, she can be found almost anywhere.
You may find her in Ul'dah, where she stands outside the walls. There's guards on either side of her, shouting at her for daring to steal some bread... Which, well. The guards are blind to it, but with her anger, aether is starting to swirl around her. There's a very distinct chance the guards might be about to get annihilated. Someone should step in, probably.
You may find her in Coerthas, in the Sea of Clouds, where she's currentlyin a FATE being dogpiled by a seemingly-endless stream of birds. She seems to be doing fine for herself, but, well. She's seriously outnumbered, and one red mage can only do so much.
You might find her in the Azim Steppe, sitting on the edge of the Dawn Throne, feet hanging down off the side as she looks over the Dotharl lands. If you approach, she'll pat the ground to let you sit beside her, at least?
Or you might find her underwater, in the ocean near Sui-no-Sato. In a rare moment of open excitement, since she believes no one can see her, she's having so much fun with the new blessing to breathe underwater. She's flipping, twisting, generally having a blast playing in the water. You, uh, might not want to approach though. She has dignity to keep.
She might be anywhere, even. Kugane, Doma, Coerthas, Limsa... Any possible location in Hydaelyn is a place she could be, just wandering about. Come talk to her!]

No Ibakha has been fettered long.

You've never seen the inside of an Ul'dahn prison. [A beat.] In recent lifetimes, at least. They're not fun.
[Thaumaturges get called down to go do the final rites all the time.]
Either way, were you looking to enter the city or did you just happen to get spotted by those two arses?

[She shakes her head.]
I heard tell X'rhun Tia had been here. I wished to repay a debt.

[She holds her sword up.]
He is dressed in red,and wields a sword like mine. I owe him a great debt from the past, and I wish to repay him.
[... an actual debt, he actually helped her, not... 'i'm coming to kick your ass' kind of debt.]

Oh, that one. I tried to approach him when I noticed him using your sorts of spells, but he either didn't notice me or actively fled from me as I approached. The airship docks might know where he went?
no subject
[Immediately starts heading that direction!!]

Well, I do reek of borderline black magic, if you know what to look for. [Because Rhel, ever getting into trouble even when she's studying, is dabbling as close as she can get without a soul stone.] Most people, even other thaumaturges or conjurers, don't.

Well, that's nice to know, though I now I wish he had challenged me. It might have been fun.
no subject
No, no. One so concerned about ages like you shouldn't wish for that, he's far older than you.
no subject
Are you implying it would be unfair to fight him because I would beat an old man or that I would want to bed him and he's an old man?
[Because. Well.]

[Or: dirty cheaters.]
...and how old are we talking?

[Ibakha fights like an asshole.]
He was active as a Crimson Duelist more than twenty summers ago. I know not what magics he has used for it, but the man does not look his age.
no subject
Unless she's watching it.]
Miqo'te never look our age--I still get asked where my mother is, and I'm nearly twenty-seven. But damn, too old.
no subject
Perhaps it's maturity, not age.
no subject
Are you implying something?
[The look on her face makes it very clear she knows what Ibakha's getting at and she is only mildly unamused. She's worked hard to grow out of her "troublesome kitten" phase that lasted well into adulthood, thank you. Teaching does wonders for that.]

If they didn't want me to find the texts, they should have burned them. It's not my fault I have the Echo.
[Yes, this is her story and she's sticking to it.
She wasn't recently okay.]no subject
